Shop owners are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and safety of the products they list. All food items must comply with applicable local health and food safety regulations. bunchfood reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or our community guidelines without prior notice.

4. Orders and Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price including any applicable fees. Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment. bunchfood acts as an intermediary and is not liable for disputes between customers and shop owners.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. If you receive an item that is significantly different from its description or is unfit for consumption, contact our support team within 24 hours of collection or delivery. bunchfood reserves the right to issue or deny refunds at its sole discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of bunchfood or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

bunchfood is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, bunchfood shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
